At Efrah LLC, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible and transparent return and exchange policy to make things right.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging (including any tags, inserts, or accessories).

  • The product must not show any visible signs of wear, use, or damage.

Please note: Items marked Final Sale or Custom Made are not eligible for return or exchange.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@efrahllc.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the return address. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving approval.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).


Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges subject to product availability. Please follow the return steps above and specify that you’d prefer an exchange.

We will ship the replacement item after the original product has been received and inspected.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve the problem quickly.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover return shipping costs.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Efrah LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
