At Efrah LLC, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our leather shoes. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible.


Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following criteria:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories intact.

  • Items must be returned in the original shoebox and shipping packaging or a suitable alternative.

  • Final sale, discounted, or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email our customer care team at support@efrahllc.com and include the following:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving our approval.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (damaged or incorrect item).


Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help with an exchange:

  • Follow the same steps as a return, but let us know you’re requesting an exchange.

  • Once we receive and inspect your original item, we’ll ship the replacement, subject to availability.

Please note: We do not hold items for exchange before receiving the return.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Efrah LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


Final Notes

  • Efrah LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.

  • Excessive or fraudulent return activity may lead to refusal of future orders.

  • All policies are subject to change without prior notice.
