Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following criteria:
Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories intact.
Items must be returned in the original shoebox and shipping packaging or a suitable alternative.
Final sale, discounted, or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please email our customer care team at support@efrahllc.com and include the following:
Full name
Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the product (if applicable)
After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving our approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help with an exchange:
Follow the same steps as a return, but let us know you’re requesting an exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your original item, we’ll ship the replacement, subject to availability.
Please note: We do not hold items for exchange before receiving the return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Efrah LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Final Notes
Efrah LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
Excessive or fraudulent return activity may lead to refusal of future orders.
